    At Effiliation, which has since been renamed Effinity, my role was to develop the number of publishers and retain them so that they would relay our advertisers' campaigns. I was therefore in constant contact with them to understand them well, their issues, and their constraints.

    The first was to collect email addresses with the goal of growing the group's databases. The objective was achieved, as I more than tripled the volume, going from 1 million to 3.5 million addresses.
    The second role was to market these addresses for rental at CPM. Here too, the objective was met, as I generated €500K in revenue.
    The third role was CRM-focused, as I conceived and designed customer journeys so that ordinary internet users would become newsletter subscribers, then magazine subscribers, then boutique customers, etc.
    The objective was both to increase the loyalty of our internet users and to increase traffic.
