    JD Edwards Consultant – Baxter Healthcare / Baxalta Spin-off (Gemini Project, 2014-2016)

    As part of the strategic spin-off that separated Baxter Healthcare into two independent entities (Baxter and Baxalta), I joined a team of 10 consultants to split the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 8.12 system into two distinct and operational environments.
    Working exclusively in English within an international team, I thoroughly analyzed the existing configuration and proceeded with the complete duplication of versions, programs, configurations, flows, and interfaces for the two future companies. I also wrote and updated multi-country technical and functional documentation, incorporating local specificities and regulatory requirements.

    The project took place in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment (GxP constraints, validation, traceability, and compliance). I managed the preparation and execution of IT tests, supervised UATs, and worked closely with the Distribution team to ensure both systems were fully functional from go-live.

    After the successful spin-off, I supported Baxter Healthcare on several mini-projects, including 3PL initiatives and functional enhancements.
