Leading the development of the "Seat ECU" platform, integrating the control of positioning motors, air conditioning, and pneumatic functions. This critical embedded system, developed according to an AUTOSAR architecture and Model-Based Design (MBD), is subject to strong FUSA and CS constraints.

• Define and control the technical and functional scope in line with customer needs and product strategy.

• Ensure technical interface with internal and external stakeholders.

• Build, lead, and unite a multidisciplinary team (SW, HW, FUSA, CS…)

• Write the project's framework documents: Development Plan, Configuration Plan, IVV Strategy, Maturity Release Plan.

• Plan, prioritize, and track development activities throughout the lifecycle.

• Supervise and coach system teams in architecture definition and specification writing.

• Ensure the integration of FUSA and CS requirements throughout the V-cycle.

• Manage risks, arbitrate, and resolve technical issues.

• Remove obstacles and ensure the necessary resources for the teams (licenses, Vector training, Autosar expert support…)

• Guarantee customer deliveries according to the expected schedule and maturity.

• Ensure compliance with quality commitments and ASPICE conformity.

• Manage the budget and project communication with management.

• Contribute to product competitiveness through cost optimization and multi-project activity sharing.

Leading the development of control panels for PSA, from the RFQ phase to production. Designed to offer an ergonomic HMI, connected to CAN/LIN networks and integrating a wide range of diagnostic functions, these embedded systems had to meet high requirements for perceived quality and robustness.

• Lead the response to tenders, ensuring feasibility and cost optimization through the Design-to-Cost approach.

• Build the project schedule and define maturity by milestones.

• Coordinate R&D team activities (SYS, MK, HW, SW, OPT).

• Perform customer deliveries and prototype demonstrations.

• Contribute to supplier selection and support them.

• Supervise the industrialization and qualification of production tools.

• Respond to A-SPICE audits and implement action plans.

Responsible for system engineering activities in the development of HMIs (control panels, touch screens, HUDs).

• Analyze customer requirements and establish compliance matrices.

• Write system specifications (SyRS) and functional context.

• Define system architecture (SyAD), functional and physical.

• Decompose business requirements (SW, HW, MK) and ensure traceability.

• Lead defect resolution and change management.

• Implement and maintain system configuration management.

• Define the integration plan and conduct system integration activities.
