The project is part of the Agile & DevOps hub reinforcement program, attached to the Solutions Lab department (Agile, DevOps, Development).

Mission focused on Agile coaching and support for the adoption of agile management tools (Jira, Confluence) as well as DevOps tools and practices (GitLab, Jenkins, CI/CD).

- Planning and organization of Agile & DevOps workshops according to expressed needs.

- Facilitation of practical workshops on tools (in addition to support).

- Facilitation of specific workshops, adapted to team contexts (story mapping, value stream).

- Workshop management: context understanding, technical prerequisites, satisfaction monitoring.

- Post-training follow-up: support, answering questions, practical advice.

- Immersive coaching with teams to foster skill development.

- Scoping coaching needs and conducting audits (Agile & DevOps Maturity Grid).

- Maintenance and continuous improvement of workshop support and online documentation.

- Regular synchronization with the DevOps platform's technical teams.

- Presentation of the DevOps offering to clients (interviews, meetings, management committees).

- Support for technical teams on good development practices

As part of the Global IT Transformation program, the project aimed to accelerate delivery cycles through automation (build, tests, deployments) and the implementation of Agile methods (Scrum, SAFe).

- Member of the Core Transformation Team as Scrum & DevOps expert.

- Co-construction of the Agile & DevOps Transformation Kit for all of Global IT.

- Enhancement of the software factory with deployment automation practices.

- Leading the application modernization waves planned in the program.

- Training and coaching teams on Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).

- Training teams on automation tools (build, deployment, tests, monitoring).

- Dissemination of the Agile Mindset among development, operations, and business teams.

- Improvement of business needs alignment through standardization of request capture processes (Feedback Loop).

Evolution of the information system with the implementation of new modules and microservices, adopting a full Agile approach.

A dual responsibility mission, functional support for the business on agile transformation topics, and technical support for developers (Crafts & best practices).

- Project Management: facilitating Scrum ceremonies, sprint tracking, disseminating agile values.

- Agile & Technical Coaching: upskilling the team on development practices (clean code, peer programming, workshops, Agile Games).

- Functional Collaboration: supporting business units in expressing needs and building the backlog (Story Mapping, Value Stream Mapping).
