Houssam Nachit

The ACE tribe (Insurance, Accounts, Savings) of the LCL IT department, I joined the ACP Squad "Account and Account Closing" to work on the VEL (Online Sales) savings project, and to provide and improve the applications necessary for the distribution / management of "Accounts" products offered to LCL customers.

- Gathering and integrating needs.

- Validating business rules with the savings department.

- Carrying out the study.

- Writing functional and technical specifications.

- Writing the design on Confluence.

- Creating user stories on Jira.

- Holding meetings with the internet banking team and the signature team.

- Checking printouts and sending them to the print shop team for modification.

- Following up on project progress.

- Testing Java APIs (Web service) with the Postman tool.

- Performing tests from the LCL customer area (end-to-end testing).

- Writing the test plan and performing tests.

Context

Within the Finance IT Department, La Redoute is currently undertaking a vast transformation program across its entire information system, with the aim of unifying solutions in France and internationally, while ensuring the smooth operation of existing systems.

In this context, various major projects are underway or planned: deployment of a full-service PSP in France and internationally (Stripe), unification of the Payment back office.

Missions

- Challenging / clarifying business needs across all financial processes, and acquiring a very good understanding of these processes end-to-end.

- Identifying impacts on different parts of the IS.

- Validating technical choices with the architecture, infrastructure, and security teams.

- Writing detailed functional specifications.

- Writing integration test cases and expected results.

- Monitoring development progress, particularly with technical teams based in Portugal (La Redoute employees).

- Performing integration tests.

- Participating in acceptance phases, knowledge capitalization, and documentation repository population.

- Monitoring production incidents and implementing corrective actions.

- Analyzing and responding to issues raised by the business, proposing solutions, being proactive, always in agreement with the business.

- Managing our partners (SOFINCO, Monext, Worldline, Stripe) through weekly meetings.

- Guaranteeing the exploitability and smooth production operation of deliverables.

Within the IT GROUP department, which defines and deploys the Group's IT strategy worldwide, ensures the overall consistency of the Group's Information System, and works to standardize its technological and methodological choices.
