Within LCL's IT department, joined the ACE Tribe (Insurance, Accounts, Savings) in the ACP Squad « Account and Account Closing ». Online Sales (VEL) involved in the digitalization of the savings products subscription process (Life Insurance, Savings Accounts) via the LCL customer area (Internet and mobile) as well as the exploitation and valorization of associated data through ETL processes and decision-making reporting.

Project 1: Digitalization of online savings products subscription

Gathering and integrating requirements from business teams

Facilitating workshops with business teams for Savings, Internet Banking, and Electronic Signature.

Project 2: Data & ETL – Feeding Savings Data and Reporting

Analyzing data flows from savings products subscription applications.

Participating in the design of ETL processing chains for integrating customer, account, and contract data.

Identifying data sources and defining transformation and enrichment rules.

Writing functional and technical specifications for data flows.

Controlling the quality, completeness, and consistency of integrated data.

Performing SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and control.

Participating in data modeling for decision-making needs (reporting).

Monitoring batch processing and feeding flows.

Producing and analyzing steering indicators related to subscriptions and savings activity.

Contributing to the implementation of dashboards for monitoring sales and digital performance.

Collaborating with Data, Development, and Business teams to ensure the reliability of exploited data.

Context

Participation in a Data transformation program within the Finance IT Department aiming to centralize and unify payment flows from multiple PSPs (Worldline, PayPal, Sofinco, Stripe) and Marketplace activities into a Cloud Data Warehouse. Establishing a consolidated view of transactions for financial steering, Power BI reporting, and improving data quality, including use cases in Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence (anomaly detection, data validation).
