As a specialized educator by training, I have worked with diverse populations facing complex situations: child protection, disability, autism, behavioral disorders, social integration, and family support. These experiences have allowed me to develop solid expertise in support, educational relationships, and partnership work.

Today, I support professionals, employees, students, and job seekers as a consultant, trainer, VAE facilitator, and professional development advisor. I work with training organizations, associations, social and medico-social establishments, local authorities, and companies.

My areas of intervention cover vocational training, Validation of Acquired Experience (VAE), skills assessments, analysis of professional practices, team supervision, disability, child protection, and psychosocial skills development.
