Human Resources Professional for nearly 20 years, I have worked within a large group, where I discovered not only the HR management of a large group but also HR management in VSEs/SMEs, management of external growth and/or establishment of international subsidiaries, all in various sectors of activity (Telecom, Real Estate, Construction).

I had the opportunity to hold very operational positions, expertise positions, and management positions. My skills range from change management support, both in growing and declining companies, from the development of annual reviews to Prospective Skills Management, from the implementation of company agreements, from the implementation of diversity policies, of psychosocial risk policies, of structuring remuneration policies, or even of HR social audits.

I have a global and strategic vision of the HR function, but I like to keep a very operational part in my job, to ensure that I am always in line with the reality on the ground and know how to qualify and position skills according to the expected performance of the company.

I master all aspects of the HR function. Invested daily, I grasp problems in their entirety and focus primarily on providing concrete and operational answers to the situations encountered. With a good adaptability, I have been able to face the evolutions and changes that have occurred throughout my professional activity.
