To facilitate the work of Novances IT support technicians, an inventory management tool was developed.

This tool allows managing an IT inventory of over 400 laptops.

As a Python Django developer, my responsibilities included:

- Development with Django of a web application for managing user accounts, hardware, and applications assigned to accounts.

- Generation of a unique key upon assignment of a computer to an account. Management of hardware acknowledgment and IT charter signature by the user.

- Development in Python of file processing functionalities (validation of entry and exit dates, verification of licenses assigned to users, list of VPN accesses...).

- Development of an API with Django Rest Framework querying the database to verify if the hardware has been marked as received by the user and if the user has signed the IT charter.

- Development of a WPF application in C# installed on all computers in the IT inventory. This application allows administrators to enter the unique key of the computer assigned to the account. Users can acknowledge receipt and sign the IT charter from the application. These actions are transmitted to the API to update data and are also stored locally to allow offline operation.

- Development of a Windows service in C#. If the user has not completed all mandatory actions, access to the workstation is restricted, and the application allowing them to perform the missing actions is launched.

I contributed to the following improvements:

- Time savings for technicians of approximately 10 hours per month.

- Simplification of inventory management.

- Cost savings through automation of application license management.

Project carried out as part of my experience at Novances IT for a leading European private healthcare group with over 38,000 employees and 10,000 practitioners serving 12.6 million patient visits.

The company has 488 establishments in 5 countries.

We developed a web and mobile application for managing the entire patient journey.

The team consisted of:

- 1 DevOps

- 2 Flutter developers

- 1 back-end developer

- 1 product owner

- 1 designer

As a Python FastAPI developer, my responsibilities included:

- Development of the first version of the application with Flutter.

- Creation of PostgreSQL databases.

- Creation and maintenance of APIs with FastAPI: authentication, profile and authorization management, prescription generation, form creation, document storage, messaging, appointment scheduling, notification management.

- Development of functionalities for creating custom forms (block management, expected data types) and implementation of form validation and signature by patients and doctors.

- Integration of the Axepta online payment solution from BNP Paribas bank.

- Import, creation, and export of patient data in HL7 format for interoperability with other healthcare providers.

- Pseudonymization and encryption of patient data to ensure regulatory compliance.

We contributed to the following developments:

- The single platform saves practice employees from entering data into multiple software.

- The patient care pathway is streamlined, and the platform allows them to store all their documents in one place.

- Automation of administrative tasks saves secretaries 2 hours per day.

The mission entrusted to Novances IT was the development of two web applications.

As a PHP CakePHP developer, I carried out the following tasks:

- Development with CakePHP of an administration and availability management application for appointment scheduling.

- Development with CakePHP of functionalities for creating customizable document and form templates.

- Development with CakePHP of a client-facing application allowing clients to schedule appointments and upload documents.

- Integration of a videoconferencing feature, VideoSDK, for remote appointments.

I contributed to the following developments:

- Simplified management of document and form template creation.

- Administrative time savings through online appointment scheduling.

- Complete and simplified management of the client journey.
