Certified professional coach, I support managers and executives in individual and/or group sessions on leadership issues, starting with the analysis of their Disc and Driving Forces profile. This tool, recognized as a standard in companies, allows us to identify with a framework understandable by everyone the differences in pace and the way each person thinks and acts. Using this tool in my coaching sessions has a real operational impact on managers' practices.

Across a Group scope of 26 sites in France, I worked on the definition and deployment of:

- The Group's HR development policy,

- The Group's recruitment strategy,

- The Group's training strategy,

- Management of the update of the Metallurgy Collective Bargaining Agreement across the entire scope,

- Implementation of HR development projects,

- Monitoring, deployment, and updating of Group HR Management quality procedures.

Managed a team of 3 people.

In an industrial site with 800 employees:

- Operational support for managers on daily HR issues (disciplinary, team/management, organizational change, etc.)

- Co-facilitation of social dialogue and maintenance of a serene social climate

- Recruitment for the scope in conjunction with the recruitment officer

- Definition of training needs for the scope in line with the Group's strategic directions and monitoring of the plan's execution

- Participation in the continuous improvement of HR procedures.
