I was engaged throughout the project lifecycle - from initial discovery to go-live and post-launch support. I also gained exposure to tools and platforms such as Copado, nCino and Salesforce CPQ.

My project experience spans both onsite and remote settings, often in globally distributed teams across industries such as Entertainment and Leisure, Payments, Banking, Retail, Utilities and NGOs.

I collaborated directly with clients in meetings, supported agile ceremonies and contributed to ensuring smooth execution across project phases.

Alongside delivery work, as part of my Discipline Lead and Team Lead roles, I coordinated small teams in development and solution design, supported graduate training initiatives and participated in recruitment and knowledge-sharing efforts. I also contributed to process improvements and served as a coach and mentor to a 10+ colleagues.

Actively engaged in Salesforce projects, specializing in no/low code development and leading teams on key initiatives. My focus was on the hands-on development and integration of features and custom solutions to enhance client business processes.

I also assumed leadership roles, guiding project design and deployment, coordinating technical aspects, mentoring junior developers and engaging in pre-sales activities.

The development framework used for most of the projects was Waterfall, with one exception where we used Agile.
