With over 20 years of experience in strategic sales (including IBM, Oracle), I support medium-sized companies and scale-ups as a consultant, coach, and interim manager. I have built and led international sales units with over 70 employees – and bring this operational depth to your projects.

My focus areas: Restructuring and scaling sales organizations (up to spin-off into separate companies), building sales strategy and controlling, CRM optimization, and change management and digital transformation, including topics like AI compliance for the EU AI Act.

As a coach, I focus on strategic career planning and support management teams as a sparring partner.
