I've also performed testing with tools like Swagger and SoapUI. As a PO, I participate in business workshops to populate Jira backlog with user stories reflecting business needs and conduct tests to validate deliverables. As an application support referent, I analyzed requests from FRN and the region, created production incidents, and proposed workarounds. I also served as a Scrum Master to implement agility within a team, enabling integration into a SAFe train with other projects.
