Context As a Digital Project Manager Officer, I have led different strategical projects impacting all markets within Sephora Middle East to support E-business extension and continuously improve customer journey. Main mission has been to work on an e-commerce platform migration program, where I have led local changes and support the project management and deployment of a core model solution. Starting with UAE and KSA, it has been progressively extended throughout the years to all ME Markets (Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and Qatar) with dedicated budget. Second strategical mission has been to deploy a whole new customer journey in the region through the implementation of Click and Collect service. Actions

> Coordinate migration from Oracle to SAP platform for E-commerce ecosystem to identify and implement cross-functions impacts (from technical integrations, merchandising activities, finance reconciliation and operational aspects)

Context On a deep digital transformation program with a major customer focus, AXA have initiated multiple projects through all business lines to deploy and update their systems and application that provide insurance services. Main challenges with this transformation are to handle different countries at the same times; countries which are using same legacy (backend) systems but with sometimes different visions. Actions

> Understand and document user needs for new and existing functionalities and services

> Proactively facilitate Impact Assessment and Business Requirement workshops to ensure the initiative is understood and documented

> Facilitate the prioritization and resolution of critical requests such as regulatory requests and production issue

> Search and define resource requirements during delivery: skills requirement and map internal, departmental and external (partners/specialist contractors)
