- Set the Procurement Strategy

- Prepare Bid documents, schedule and launch Bid processes RFx through bidding platforms (tools : ARIBA : CProc, Buying), drive pre-bid meetings.

- Analyse, Evaluate and compare tenders/offers (TCO, NSA)

- Negotiate the Cost and Terms and conditions Manage Sourcing, Supplier relationship and Supplier audits/evaluation. Manage full Contractual Cycle :

- Contract drafting, revision with legal support, ensure that legal requirements are met and internal processes are maintained,

- Contract Awareness, (preparation and animation through the contract execution)

- Administration of active contracts (compliance and conformity of contract execution / Development of contract through amendments if needed / Billing and invoicing follow-up / KPI)

- Drive Contractual committees and contribute in Risks identification and management.

- Claim Management.
