I assist my clients in framing web & mobile projects in terms of technological feasibility and innovation, manage stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams towards achieving objectives, by providing complete documentation, facilitating workshops (user tests) and meetings (with minutes) and proposing improvements in line with strategic issues, while respecting the triptych of deadlines, costs and quality.

My role as CDP – PO, was to support and manage the creation of sales management software for hotel MICE, and automation of quote and reservation processing, based on AI, in order to optimize business opportunities and reduce operational management time and costs, as well as conflicts in arbitrating requests with constraints, while improving the service provided to customers.

As an innovation project manager, my responsibilities were as much relational as organizational in an innovation context. In this context, I managed the framing phase (framing note, functional specifications, wireframe), the entrepreneurial part (business plan, search for financing), and the relationship with institutional partners (BPI, Critt, Centre Francilien d'Innovation), technical partners (Sabre Getthere, Topsys, Micros, Orchestra), hotel chains (Louvre hotels, Groupe Barrière, Carlson Rezidor, Bestwestern, Accor), as well as the team in charge of carrying out outsourced developments in India (C-Metric).
