- Ensure monthly and annual closing for the Nancy site

- Enter and analyze post-closing files for the Nancy site

- Reporting on several files (travel and expenses, truck fleet)

- Implementation and monitoring of dashboards: monitoring start-up costs, monitoring investments

- Contact with operational staff at the Nancy distribution site

- Development of the budget for subcontracting, travel and expenses, and the truck fleet

- Study, analysis, and improvement of finance department processes by developing and/or adapting tools

- Creation and improvement of procedures in the various Finance departments

- Participation in year-end inventories: monitoring compliance with procedures, reconciliation of different counts, control of entries, and participation in variance analyses

- Study on the redesign of management control reporting towards a BI solution (POWER BI)

- Monitoring of activity: revenue, expenses, and other adapted management indicators

- Participation in annual studies: Créa (analytical income statement) and RTC (accounting restatement)

- Participation in the collection of work units and updating the analytical accounting database

- Reporting: production and monitoring of dashboards by department

- Participation in management dialogue: activity meetings with departments, department conferences

- Participation in medico-economic studies

- Coordination of the monthly sending of VidHosp, Rsf-ace

- Creation and updating of operating procedures

- Writing meeting minutes

- Monitoring of the analytical structure (FICOM)
