Design of a modular, hardcoding-free software architecture (driven by metadata/JSON).

Advanced use of AI agents for Full-Stack code generation.

R&D Engineer specialized in mathematical optimization and software development (Java/TypeScript), serving operational efficiency and decarbonization. At DCbrain, I designed complex solving algorithms and developed decision support tools for European energy and logistics players, from the prototyping phase (POC) to industrialization challenges.

Major Achievements:

Logistics & Supply Chain (Sofrilog): Design and development of a truck fleet optimization model departing from warehouses, based on historical data. Business Impact: POC results allowed the client to consolidate its partnership with its main key account (Findus) and triggered the signing of a production project.

Modeling of complex multi-scale routing problems.

Energy & Gas Networks (Italgas, Floene): Development of simulation engines (solvers) for leading European gas distributors.

Advanced Mathematical and Physical Modeling: Solving complex non-linear systems (Kirchhoff's laws, flow/pressure propagation, decompression station integration).

Objective: Create robust simulation tools to facilitate the integration of renewable gases into existing distribution networks.

At Persée, I conducted applied research to evaluate the feasibility of mathematical models for sizing hydrogen networks under energy availability constraints.

Technical Approach and Learnings:

Proof of Concept (PoC): Initial modeling of the supply chain (site location, storage, transport) to understand the challenges of large-scale deployment.

Algorithmic Exploration: Experimental implementation of a Benders decomposition algorithm in Julia to test the limits and viability of this method for this type of problem.

Critical Analysis: Identification of technical bottlenecks (model complexity, computation time) and evaluation of architectural choices to guide future technical decisions.
