WYZ Group, founded in 2009, is a company specializing in digital solutions for the automotive industry, with a turnover of 140 million euros in 2023, an average growth of 45% over the last 11 years and an international presence in 17 countries.

Within a team of 8-10 developers, 3 product owners, and 2 QAs, my responsibilities included:

• Implementing the test strategy (B2B, B2C, and S2S solutions)

• Managing and coordinating releases

• Planning and managing the workload of the QA team

• Mentoring and supporting a team of QA engineers (3+)

• Preparing test environments and sampling data

• Executing and verifying test scenarios

• Qualifying, assigning, and tracking defects via JIRA

• Executing regression test campaigns

• Implementing a test automation strategy

• Automating functional tests with Cypress

• Monitoring production releases and deployments.

Inteliam is an independent digital solution aimed at evaluating the performance of companies in the secondary automotive sector, promoting best practices and sustainable objectives, in line with recognized international standards.

Within a team of 4-6 developers and 2 POs, my mission was to:

• Define and deploy the overall test strategy

• Manage and coordinate application releases

• Prepare test environments and manage associated datasets

• Perform and validate test scenarios

• Identify, assign, and track defects via GitLab

• Lead regression test campaigns

• Develop and implement the test automation strategy

• Automate functional tests with Cypress

• Monitor and control production releases and deployments.

EcoVadis is a company (Unicorn) specializing in evaluating the sustainability of companies through ESG ratings (environmental, social, governance). It helps companies worldwide improve their sustainable performance by assessing their policies, actions, and results in corporate social responsibility.

Under the supervision of the QA Manager, my mission was to:

• Define and deploy the overall test strategy

• Manage and coordinate application releases

• Prepare test environments and manage associated datasets

• Manage a team of 10+ QAs located in 3 countries (Poland, Tunisia, and Mauritius)

• Identify, assign, and track defects via Azure DevOps

• Lead regression test campaigns

• Develop and implement the test automation strategy

• Automate functional tests with Selenium (C#)

• Monitor and control production releases and deployments.
