Within the Project Management unit of the Professional Services Department, I worked as a project manager for the deployment of the telephony and intercom system for the Société des Grands Projets (formerly Société du Grand Paris) on lines L15 south, L16, and L17 of the future metro.

• Managed the deployment of the telephony and intercom system in PINT and Production environments.

• Monitored the architecture with interfaces (network, AD, Server, CYBER, TCE) and contracts (radio, elevators).

• Created the IP addressing plan and terminal configuration parameters.

• Managed external service providers: technical coordination, contract monitoring, service validation.

• Planned and carried out tests, acceptance by the project owner, and safety commissions.

• Assisted and represented the telephony contract in follow-up meetings and workshops.

• Managed and produced documentation and technical deliverables in line with project requirements.

• Prepared materials, led sessions, and organized administrative follow-up for technical training.

Within the Information Systems Department, the mission consisted of acting as the primary contact for the ITres team with business units and management. Coordinated stakeholders and facilitated project animation to ensure commitments were met.

• Developed and monitored the roadmap for various projects related to radio systems.

• Managed the evolution of IS tools following the migration of radio equipment.

• Managed the version evolution of IS tools, including non-regression testing.

• Led the project for migrating MVNO partners to Bouygues Telecom's IS.

• Strengthened coordination between the ITres team and operational staff.

• Coordinated internal and external teams to ensure the progress of ITres projects.

• Represented ITres projects in management committees.

Within the Project Department of the Network Division, and acting as a migration project manager, my mission involved managing equipment obsolescence, architecture redesign, and infrastructure decommissioning.

• Developed project charters and plans (objectives, scope, roadmap, risks).

• Scoped and prioritized network equipment based on type and obsolescence.

• Defined and sequenced milestones and estimated the duration of each activity.

• Coordinated teams from different departments (engineering, operations, support, technicians).

• Identified and anticipated risks in coordination with the project team.

• Ensured the supply of replacement and spare equipment.

• Presented project progress to management and validated evolutions and decisions in meetings.

• Proposed the integration of additional monitoring milestones covering post-deinstallation phases.
