• Leading and managing the team: Planning and assigning projects based on each member's expertise and workload. Providing technical and methodological support. Participating in innovation by staying updated on regulations and technology. Coordinating and monitoring project progress by managing the daily schedule. Meeting and ensuring deadlines are met. Monitoring and ensuring the rigor of the team's output. Overseeing the procurement and management of technical studies with the team. Managing HR and training for the team.

• Actively contributing to the team's output: Designing project plans and construction documents from the preliminary design phase (AVP) to the detailed design phase (PRO/DCE) for new construction and renovation projects. Writing specifications and quantities for technical trades (according to current standards and regulations). Assisting the construction team during the site phase.

Reporting to the Director of Urban Planning and Real Estate Projects.

• Designing project plans and construction documents for buildings and exterior developments from the preliminary design phase (AVP) to the detailed design phase (PRO/DCE).

• Writing detailed specifications and quantities for all technical trades.

• Assisting the project owner's representative.

• Providing technical assistance to operational teams.

• Providing technical assistance to the purchasing and construction logistics department.

Subcontracting with various architectural firms:

• Feasibility studies.

• Development of permit application files (DP, PC) and tender documents (DCE).

• Preparation of architectural files and diagrams.

• Creation of 3D models.

• Surveys of existing constructions / Inventory reports.
