Problem: Need for an automated monitoring and analysis platform capable of ingesting and processing multi-source data in real-time, with scalability and security requirements.

Action: Complete architecture from scratch: FastAPI, Celery, Redis, PostgreSQL, Qdrant. Docker containerization. Deployment on VPS with monitoring. Automated data ingestion pipelines. Integration of AI (RAG, LLM) for processing automation.

Result: Platform operational in production, scalable and documented architecture, 6 data domains covered.

Multi-cloud infrastructure automation for a digital signage leader (500+ servers, EMEA/APAC/AMER scope)

Problem: The company managed its deployments manually on 500+ servers and containers spread across 3 continents. No Infrastructure as Code, no standardized CI/CD, fragmented monitoring. Every production release was a risk.

Action: Design and automation of multi-cloud infrastructures (GCP, AWS, Azure) from scratch with Terraform. Implementation of complete GitLab CI/CD pipelines (Dev, Staging, Prod). Deployment of Prometheus/Grafana monitoring, then migration to Netdata. Security reinforcement: IAM, MFA, RBAC, Hybrid AD Connect, ISO 27001 compliance.

Result: Elimination of manual deployments. +20% operational efficiency. Reproducible and documented infrastructure across the entire international scope.

IT management and Cloud optimization for the world's biggest luxury brands (LVMH, Chanel, Dior, Rolex)

Problem: Fragmented IT infrastructure, out-of-control costs, 500+ international sites to manage (France, Japan, China, UAE, USA). No centralization, multiple Cloud providers without global coherence, IT budget of approximately €1M/year to rationalize.

Action: Complete IT overhaul and centralization. Migration of ~20 servers: on-premise to hybrid, GCP/AWS to Azure/OVH and datacenters. Netdata supervision deployment on 500+ devices. Ansible + Terraform automated inventory. Management of strategic projects: China proxy for Chanel, Allianz infra compliance.

Result: 29.5% savings in 7 months thanks to centralization. 41% savings on infrastructure restructuring. Operational IT management for LVMH, Chanel, Dior, Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Lacoste, Alpine.
