At MAIMMO Conseil, I work as a thermal engineer on energy renovation audits and projects in co-ownership and tertiary sectors. I carry out technical visits, surveys, and Pleiades modeling (3D, 3CL-DPE, STD/RTex). I design scenarios (envelope, HVAC/DHW, ventilation, renewables), cost estimations, and calculate subsidies (CEE, MaPrimeRénov’). I lead meetings (co-ownership committees/general assemblies), provide technical assistance for contractor selection and bid analysis, and oversee construction through to performance verification and final reporting.

Co-ownership/tertiary energy audits: site visits, surveys, invoice analysis, initial diagnosis.

Modeling with Pleiades (3D; 3CL-DPE, STD/RTex) and HVAC/DHW calculation reports.

Definition of renovation scenarios: insulation (external/roof/floor), windows, ventilation, heat pumps/boilers, renewables.

Work cost estimation, savings assessment (energy consumption/performance, GHG emissions), subsidy calculation (CEE/MPR, local schemes).

Technical assistance: preliminary tender documents, bid consultation & comparison, selection recommendations.

Construction monitoring: compliance checks, hold points, acceptance, performance/post-work assessment.

Communication: presentations at general assemblies, meeting minutes, illustrated reports (plans & 3D captures).

Specialist in co-ownerships and tertiary buildings:

• Conducting technical site visits, analyzing the building envelope and existing systems.

• Thermal modeling of the building and dynamic energy simulations using Pleiades + Comfie software.

• Development of regulatory energy audits, collective DPE (energy performance certificates), and multi-year work plans (PPPT).

• Writing clear and educational reports for syndicate boards and co-owners.

• Designing efficient energy systems adapted to energy renovation challenges.

• Project management from A to Z: needs analysis, diagnosis, design, monitoring, and implementation support.

• In-depth mastery of thermal standards and regulations (RE 2020, regulatory audit, collective DPE, Climate & Resilience law…)

• Conducting energy audits for apartments and individual houses (Lyon, Dijon, Clermont-Ferrand, Toulouse, and Annecy).
