1 - Building Technical Expert :

- Manage site CAPEX portfolio and investment plan for sustenance as well as expansion projects.

- Conduct feasibility study for potential investment projects incl. business case.

- Ensure safe execution of capital projects from conceptual design to handover and commissioning according to Syngenta HSE Standards.

- Plan, execute and track the progress of projects, in accordance with budget and schedule.

- Staff the project team to provide the right skillset on projects and provide direction and vision to the project team. 2 - Deputy maintenance manager :

- Performs maintenance management by supervising maintenance personnel and establishing priorities in maintenance schedules.

- Maintains manufacturing assets and facility, parts inventory, monitoring purchase orders, invoice approvals, and manages the department budget.

- Operationally manage several operating sites (maintenance and production) for our various clients (Public institutions, European institutions, hospitals...), active in the following areas: Cogeneration, water treatment (process water production and wastewater treatment), HVAC and other building technologies.

- "Manager" of teams of technicians spread across different sites and under the responsibility of foremen/site managers.

- Manage client relationships in compliance with established contracts

- Seek operational solutions for the client and propose improvements.

- Manage the safety, quality, and environmental aspects of the sites concerned, as well as the related documentation.

- Monitor and carry out purchases within the allocated budgets

- Provide technical support for site managers and the client.

- Billing Tracking: Monitor client/supplier orders, Monitor commercial offers/price requests, track service entries -> develop client billing projects.

- Supervise the various sites via GTC / BMS (honeywell, Johnson Control, Siemens, Priva)...
