Project: Within a project squad belonging to the Enterprise Products Services domain. I joined a team responsible for meeting the back-end needs of web applications for clients (remote banking) and employees (workstation). Our product team worked in collaboration with various IT teams, such as Caisse d'Epargne, Banque Populaire, and their subsidiaries.

In this context, I was responsible for ensuring the quality of the technical solution and code on the REST API side, from design to post-production monitoring, while adhering to the company's standards and methods.

Team: 1 PO, 1 SM, 1 tester/automator, 1 Mainframe Cobol developer, 1 Mainframe Pacbase developer, 1 Java developer.

Missions and Tasks:

● Analysis and study of business and technical needs.

● Design and development of enhancements and fixes in compliance with SI standards and constraints.

● Design and execution of the unit testing strategy.

● Ensuring code quality through the use of SonarQube.

● Performing REST API tests using Postman.

● Correction of security vulnerabilities and execution of penetration tests using Burp Suite.

● Assistance to business teams during functional acceptance testing.

● Analysis and resolution of production incidents.

● Preparation of deployment packages using Jenkins' continuous integration (CI) chain.

● Management of deployments and deliveries within deadlines using XL Release.

● Participation in agile ceremonies.

Within a Build team operating according to the Agile methodology, I participated in the design and development of an application dedicated to bonus management.

This application consists of three main modules: the Back-end developed in Java using Spring Boot, the Front-end created with Angular, and the last module dedicated to batches implemented with Spring Batch.

Team (10 people): 1 PO, 1 SM, 1 functional tester, 1 automated tester, and 6 developers, one of whom is the Tech Lead.

● Estimation of the development effort level for user stories.

● Design and implementation of new feature developments in compliance with technical and business constraints.

● Analysis and correction of detected anomalies.

● Development of automated unit and integration tests for the back-end and front-end.

● Compilation and preparation of deployment packages via Jenkins' continuous integration (CI) chain.

● Orchestration of deployments and deliveries using Jenkins' continuous deployment (CD) chain.

● Participation in agile ceremonies.

● Maintenance (corrective and evolutionary) of the application (MCO).

● Acting as Tech Lead backup.
