I collaborated with American real estate agents and agencies to create web platforms that manage their internal operational processes such as automatic customer tracking and billing, advertising campaign management, email and SMS management, CRM integration, as well as the creation of lead capture web applications and sales funnels.

Part of my achievements with Bezara:

✅ Supervised competitive intelligence to make major technological decisions, including researching different options and their practical review.

I led the design and development of a B2G SaaS platform, resulting from the partnership between ViTolker and the Danish Ministry of Immigration and Integration.

Part of my achievements with ViTolker:

✅ Gathered needs and functional requirements from multiple stakeholders and translated them into technical specifications for the engineering team.

✅ Managed the operational team (developers, DevOps engineers, designers, etc.),

- Defined priorities with project managers,

- Organized daily stand-ups,

- Assisted developers with development challenges.

✅ Designed and developed a multi-step system for candidate validation and ranking, automating manual processes and thus reducing interpreter recruitment time from 2 weeks to 3.5 days.

✅ Automated billing for ~2000 large clients, generating over 400 automatic invoices per day.

✅ Acted as the main liaison between the company and external partners, including service providers and technology suppliers.

I was responsible for taking over ViTolker's SaaS platform from external agencies and establishing an internal IT team around a new system architecture, product vision, and roadmap for the company to thrive in the dynamic post-COVID language services market in Denmark and Europe.

Part of my achievements with ViTolker:

✅ Automated billing for ~2000 large clients, generating over 400 automatic invoices per day (with a peak of 20,000 in a single day), reducing costs by over 60%.

✅ Conducted a comprehensive code review to propose and prioritize architectural and structural improvements.

✅ Reduced UI response times by up to 95% (from an average of 4 seconds to 0.2 seconds) by implementing caching mechanisms and optimizing MySQL database queries and tables.

✅ Built and developed an internal component library for the new design system from scratch.

✅ Identified critical refactoring needs by integrating automatic codebase health analysis with SonarQube.

✅ Led the recruitment process, from candidate screening to conducting interviews, to build a qualified internal IT team.
