Design and development of deep learning algorithms applied to multispectral georeferenced images acquired by drones: plant counting, flowering analysis, early disease detection. High-performance and scalable software architecture: Go / Python micro-services covering ingestion (Kafka), pre-processing, inference, and real-time post-processing, with REST API exposure. Training, optimization, and validation of CNN models, Vision Transformers, and segmentation networks (TensorFlow / Keras), continuous experimental monitoring, and automatic hyperparameter tuning. Management and processing of geospatial data via PostgreSQL / PostGIS and libraries GDAL, Rasterio, Fiona, ensuring large-scale raster manipulation.
