Context: The mission of the Global Procurement & Supply Chain entity is to guarantee the performance of Orange's purchasing and Supply Chain. The French Supply Chain (SCF) defines the optimal logistics solutions to meet the needs of internal specifiers: - it supplies Terminal, Network, and Enterprise products necessary for Orange Group's activities in France (production and maintenance of networks, distribution and management of terminal returns), in conjunction with suppliers and repairers, but also with all internal partners such as technical engineers, distribution, marketing, purchasing... - it manages the return and repair flows of equipment, - it manages stocks and their distribution both centrally and locally, - it directly provides associated logistics services or manages warehouse operators and carriers. Within the SCF, the Supply Chain Solutions Department (DSSC) is responsible for the management of projects, maintenance, and evolution of the IS to ensure its alignment with business needs. Missions: Within the DSSC, the Service Center carries out support actions for the SCICS, SCALER, SIGALE, and SISTER applications. My role is to ensure that commitments made to the client in terms of intervention time and service restoration are met. In this context, this service handles complex, cross-functional issues with multiple stakeholders, requiring a good knowledge of the IS and business processes. I manage technical projects for the transformation of the IS architecture. I am also the primary contact for the Development and Operations departments.

On assignment for Orange France as a Proxy Product Owner for the "42C" application. The "42C" application is the repository of copper network equipment for Orange throughout metropolitan France and overseas. The French territory is divided into five zones corresponding to the Z in the phone number (0ZABPQMCDU). Each of these zones is subdivided into local zones. Each local zone is covered by several ABPQMC. Within each local zone, there is a distributor (RE) that establishes the link between the subscriber's installation and the switched telephone network (STN). This sub-part of the network is called the local loop or subscriber loop. A Local Zone (ZL) is a geographical area within which all subscriber telephone installations are connected to the same distributor. Distributors are relayed by sub-distributors (SR), and sub-distributors by concentration points (PC) allowing for increasingly fine segmentation of geographical areas. These components, along with cables, make up the local loop. In the vast majority, cables are in underground conduits or buried. Concentration points (PC) are located in various places: on a pole, in a technical duct in a building, or on the facade of a building, for example. - new requests from deposit to commissioning of ND (Designation Number) and NE (Equipment Number) provided by 42L.

- all types of lines for the part located in the local distribution network and subscriber installations for Residential customers.

- the inclusion of AOC (Arrivals from Competitor or Third-Party Operators).

- the inclusion of ADSL.

- the automation of call forwarding management (facilitated by pre-configuration of equipment).

- Outgoing number portability and for service reasons.
