• Owned implementation of Foundry healthcare applications and roll-out across 8 healthcare institutions, working directly with NHS England & NHS trust stakeholders to implement - developed custom pipelines and applications leveraging a team of Forward Deployed Engineers and Partner consultancies (KPMG/Accenture) to develop and roll-out to users (From CxO to Ops/Schedulers).

• Owned implementation and drove Foundry upsell via data integration and product shaped use cases (Millions worth) for oil & gas clients.

• Designed, owned and ran AIP bootcamps across multiple industries e.g. 50-100 people conferences aimed at showcasing foundry capabilities by up skilling attendees and build custom data solutions/products themselves throughout the bootcamp. Sessions included use case demos, Technical deep dives, Use case ideation sessions, with the end goal being the attendees presenting their work to Execs by the end of the week.

• Key company stakeholder for Data asks - delivered all initial DBT & Looker data models. Defined and rolled out multiple processes to streamline collaboration & communication between the BI team and all other functions including Product, Sales, and Marketing functions – improved throughput efficiency by 23%. Implemented a data-driven culture by also being the Data Lead for 3 cross-functional squads.

• Defined OKRs & built analytics to track Product & Data function ones.

• Conducted hiring and mentored BI Analysts - Grew team from 1 to 5.

• Led company-wide migration from Scrum to Kanban agile methodology and initiated strategic partnerships with Stripe to deliver on OKRs.

Business Analysis

• Produced strategic and cost optimization analysis for high priority workstreams working closely with Senior Product & Engineering directors – advised on cost-saving solutions and heavily influenced high impact business decisions.

• Responsible for Skyscanner's Hosting cost optimization and management of the AWS spend working closely with Senior Engineering Directors.

• Generated savings of over $500k in various cost-optimization strategies after the first few months joining the company. Led initiatives across the organization to reduce cost during pandemic circumstances and eliminated the company's variable cost from $10k to sub $1k per day. Awarded 2020 CEO Award (within company of 1200 employees) for generating yearly savings of £7M+ across multiple hosting services.
