• Redesign of the permanent level II control process post-merger between Rothschild & Co and Martin Maurel, and change management.

• Strengthening regulatory compliance in collaboration with pre-merger legal departments as part of the transition to J+1.

• Participation in key regulatory projects - MiFID II, IDD, EMIR, CSDR: drafting and updating notes and procedures, conducting and monitoring level II controls, proactive regulatory watch.

• Optimization of regulatory reporting: refinement of the quality of data provided to supervisory authorities – AMF & ACPR.

• Coordination and participation in Risk Management team meetings between Paris and Luxembourg as part of the transition of Crédit Suisse France to a Luxembourg subsidiary status.

• Conducted cross-functional controls - AML/KYC, information barriers, Sanctions and Embargoes, conflicts of interest, market integrity.

• Drafting and communication of all Risk Management exchange reports to project management to facilitate the legal transition.

• Organization and preparation of presentation and monitoring materials for internal committees.
