I am currently a financial auditor at Cogged, where I work on statutory and contractual audit assignments for various types of structures. In parallel with this activity, I also carry out business valuation assignments, particularly in the context of transactions, reorganizations, or internal valuation needs. I also support companies in difficulty, especially in collective proceedings such as judicial restructuring (RJ) and judicial liquidation (LJ), by contributing to the analysis of their financial situation and the identification of appropriate solutions. Finally, I participate in IBR (Independent Business Review) assignments, which involve conducting independent financial diagnostics to assess a company's viability and performance, often in a banking or restructuring context. These experiences allow me to develop a global vision of companies' financial and strategic challenges.
