Context: QA LEAD in the E-commerce/Retail/Luxury sector, responsible for piloting all tests as well as their execution and automation, in a 100% English-speaking international environment (USA, UK, France, Qatar, India, etc.)

4 Teams, each composed of 2 developers, 1 tester, 1 PO, and 1 PM.

Our main subject was the synchronization of several applications in the form of an ERP (Y2, Salesforce, OMS, Magento, Clienteling, etc.)

Scope: Desktop, Mobile Application

• Training of teams (IT and Business) on the XRay tool

• Load estimation

• Participation in Agile rituals (Daily/Stand UP), Sprint Planning, Review, and Retrospective

• Planning of test campaigns related to sprints

• Implementation of the Test Strategy to be adopted during the sprint

• End-to-End tests on the complete user journey

• Design of Data Sets

• Test execution under XRay

Test automation using Cypress and Selenium Webdriver

. API Testing via Postman

• Reporting blockers

• Carrying out daily reporting and communicating test progress

• Monitoring anomalies and associated tickets from the Jira Dashboard

• Participation in Go/NoGo meetings
