Project examples:

- A national employment agency: A very large public agency (~100,000 staff) was in the middle of its digital transformation, but departments couldn’t agree on what a new system had to deliver. I got the conflicting groups aligned on a shared set of requirements, so the program could move forward instead of stalling.

- An international telecom operator: Business and IT were fighting over which projects to fund. I introduced a clear, shared way to prioritize, and they started shipping the right things instead of arguing.

- A government economic-development department: They had lots of ideas to grow the local business ecosystem, but no clarity on what to do first. I ran the analysis and handed them a clear, ranked set of recommendations they could act on.
