A career primarily in banking, in charge of operational departments dedicated to payment flows, payment methods, and international business. This experience allowed me to manage a Business Development department for 5 years, with the mission of developing flow and payment offers, implementing methods to offer customized solutions to large accounts, and creating a tool for monitoring business development. I have led numerous IT merger and migration projects for the activities under my responsibility, with strong imperatives for uninterrupted customer service. As the point of contact for these activities, I participated in the IT investment steering committee and, with my teams, was responsible for the qualification and validation phases of delivered applications. I also managed the deployment of online banking offers for professionals and businesses, including all developments related to the security of these applications and the integration of the first features resulting from PSD2. I also contributed to the evolution of the bank's distribution model by defining new Self-Service Banking services, integrating budgetary, regulatory, and security constraints. I led several process dematerialization projects aimed at streamlining and securing operations. The latest project was based on a "no-code" workflow application. For the past two years, I have been working on the impacts of the generalization of electronic invoicing for both businesses and banks. For businesses, it involves making this regulatory change a real opportunity to optimize invoice management, payment, and collection processes. For banks, it means opening up new services to capture these payment flows.
