Frontend & Digital Accessibility

• ● Application of WCAG 2.1 directives and RGAA to ensure the portal's compliance with digital accessibility standards.

• ● Performance of accessibility audits and corrections with Wave, Tanaguru, Axe DevTools, and W3C recommendations.

• ● User interface improvement: ○ Adjustment of color contrasts for better readability. ○ Increase in font sizes and interactive areas (radio groups, buttons). ○ Addition of alternative texts, ARIA labels, and screen reader content.

• ● Implementation of fully keyboard-accessible navigation: ○ Focus management, skip links ○ Implementation of complete keyboard navigation to browse pages (employees, documents, companies). ○ Addition of skip links in the menu. ○ Implementation of accessible dependent lists to make the interactive map compatible with assistive technologies.

• ● Search engine optimization: ○ Improvement of suggestions

Backend

• ● Participation in the development and maintenance of backend APIs in Java / Spring Boot for feeding the search engine and managing employee data.

• ● Implementation and optimization of secure REST services for retrieving documents and company information.

• ● Contribution to structuring frontend/backend communication through DTOs and REST API contracts.

• ● Implementation of backend validations to ensure the consistency and quality of data displayed in the portal.

• ● Collaboration with backend teams on continuous integration and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.

• ● Writing and updating technical documentation related to Java services and accessibility rules.

Mission context: Development of a solution to simplify access rights management through the integration of SAP, Microsoft, and Google's Active Directory. (POC) – PEGASUS

• ● Front-end (React + Material UI), based on Figma mockups: ○ Development of the Homepage and the pages of the "New Request" workflow ○ Integration of Figma mockups respecting the design system and UX guidelines ○ Documentation and demonstration of components in Storybook (props, variants, states, edge cases)

Stabilization and evolution of a web application for managing apprenticeship contracts for public employers – CELIA

• ● Analysis and scoping: ○ Writing functional and technical specifications as well as cost estimation for new features. ○ Collaboration with the UX/UI team via Figma for mockup integration and user workflow validation.
