- Research equipment model repository: outsourcing of developments, testing, integration, deployment, data recovery and support phases

- Repositories of chemical substances and therapeutic substances: specification phase (models, workflow, integration) then transfer to the internal "data / agile / cloud" development team until its deployment

- Other Repositories: Studies, Projects and Business Partners: monitoring of EBX version change and some evolutions

- IT project manager: project monitoring (V-cycle then Agile) during the different phases, budget monitoring for the "R&B MDM" team

- Interactions with the business MOA team, the Mega-Hopex architects and the development teams

- Project with 3 publishers: CARL (CMMS request management), STEREOGRAPH (TEIA tool for 3D digital twins of buildings, BIM/IFC models) and Axeobim (EDM, document management ~100 3D models and ~5000 technical sheets) with strong interaction with the Saclay site portal (SWIZI publisher)

- Production launch of V1 at the opening of the site in mid-February 2023. Planning/Framing of evolutions.

- IT project manager: Coordination of the various stakeholders and publishers, management of the overall project plan and its progress according to the applications and the compliance of the models, mapping of application flows and integration with Servier access management via SSO

- Data recovery: Regular meetings with business teams. Data import into the Bioreg tool (Dassault)

- Data/data management consultant: V1 data recovery in production. Import templates, best practices, modeling, performance report, data catalog, visual representation (MCD): ~70 data models, ~500 distinct attributes, ~100 value lists, ~300 relationships, -20 external/internal data repositories (Uniprot, Cellosaurus, NCBI, NCI etc)

- Data platform ingesting Vitro data from the Screener solution (Genedata) then enrichment, aggregation and exposure of results for dashboards and data exploration

- PMO: Project monitoring, budget monitoring, assistance with the production launch process in February 2021 and passage to the CAB (Change Advisory Board), meeting reports
