Within the management control team (8 people) of the Clarins laboratory in PONTOISE, the mission was structured around 3 axes:

. Initial mission to support the team in creating and developing the service's processes and tools -

Transversal management and skills development of management controllers on various subjects (CA framework, monitoring of deviations on purchases, developments and training on the COGNOS tool, ...)

. Monitoring of management control during the construction of a new factory: budgetary process, participation in the steering committee, monitoring of project investments

. Implementation of Provisional Cash Flows for the Pontoise laboratory and for headquarters

Context: the EGETRA group (transport) had a large drop in activity following COVID and consequently major cash flow difficulties.

The group went into receivership and the mission was structured around 2 axes:

. Development of a monthly provisional cash flow plan updated daily to manage cash

. With a view to resale to buyers, development of dashboards on the group's activity

. Data crunching of data with Access

. Restitution in the form of dashboards in excel: monitoring of turnover and margins over 3 years

The dashboards enabled the successful completion of the group's acquisition by the BBL group

Work on:

- The reallocation of overheads

- Modeling the profitability of training schemes
