• Crisis management following a cyberattack — updating the roadmap

• Taking charge and managing evolution projects with internal and external resources

• Developing a roadmap to become an "AI First company"

• (Re)Organizing the "Risk and Cybersecurity" department to improve continuity and ISMS

• Creating a "Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI)" department to improve tools and services

• Prioritizing use cases, scoping, and planning deployments for pilot projects

Improvement of the quality, security, and performance of services provided. Reporting to the co-founder.

• Diagnosis, clarification of expectations, target, priorities, roles, and contract review

• Identification of risks, clarification of roles and responsibilities, development of the roadmap

• Monitoring and management of risks and priorities for incident and change management

• Project planning, budget monitoring, architecture evolution, technical and organizational consulting

• Performance management of the project portfolio (costs, deadlines, quality, risks, relationships)

• Improvement of security in accordance with good practices ISO 27001-5, NIS 2, ISCP, PSSI, GDPR

-Taking charge of internal and external stakeholders, prioritization, roadmap to improve product and service delivery, IT project management in PMO mode, problem-solving with partner e-commerce sites, renegotiation of services, monitoring of SLAs and service levels provided (KPIs).

- Improvement of IT security, handling of GDPR obligations and procedures, bringing controls and procedures back into compliance.

- Outsourcing of several application services (e.g., ERP, Databases, CRM, HRIS, Support, etc.)

- Reporting to the CEO in "Transition Management" mode, particularly concerning resources used, remaining work, monitoring of planned/actual costs, risk anticipation, etc. Identification of AI use cases.
