The Salesforce department is divided into two parts: one is the front-end with customer acquisition, and the other is the back-end with project managers who carry out the various projects resulting from acquisition. Missions within the Sales Force: • Acquisition of new digital projects for the company IWORKS • Responsibility for communication with operational project stakeholders • Assembly of commercial proposals (Quotes & Invoicing)

Tootbus: official platform for tourist bus tours ➢ TMA, Technical Migration ➢ Proactive and improvement of site performance ➢ Implementation of features from the Digital team on Android & iOS ➢ In-depth studies and analyses of impacts on the RATP DEV group's IS ➢ Preparation of tenders for the selection of a new agency responsible for mobile application development Key contact between business teams, external agencies, and the RATP DEV IT department on the Sightseeing project.

- Lead and implement Drupal 9 website creation projects from feasibility study to launch - Assist and support the Contracting Authority (MOA) in the initialization phases of the company's digital projects using either Scrum or V-cycle methodology. - Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, etc.) - Ensure the quality of deliverables by performing IS acceptance testing. - Monitor Sprint reviews - Contribute to the operational maintenance of the IS by analyzing JIRA incident tickets, exchanging with technical and business teams - Coordinate development teams within the framework of cross-functional projects - Interact with other internal departments (CSP Run, Yparéo, etc.) - Monitor website maintenance - Organize schedules and report on ongoing work - Manage the collaborators' work environment and their access to cross-functional tools - Participate in meetings with other teams (System, providers, other departments) and monitor ongoing tasks - Ensure communication and reporting to project stakeholders (Steering Committee, Project Committee, Management Committee) - Be proactive and implement monitoring and reporting tools to ensure operational maintenance and monitoring.
