Hi! My name is Herman and I've been a (freelance) programmer since I was 12, and an entrepreneur since I was 23. As a programmer, I've always been interested in how to solve problems most easily and efficiently. I'm now doing that within my own organization - TMI - with a team of 40 incredibly great colleagues. Within TMI, I am responsible for the operational execution and technical realization as operational & technical director. But that's not enough challenge for me, and that's why I also gladly help other organizations with their technical or operational challenges. That gives me new insights to help my own organization grow, and I can also use the knowledge from all assignments for new assignments. As a result, I keep growing, and my own organization and clients grow with me!
