For 25 years, I have been active as a (multi-)project manager, IT consultant, and business analyst. For 19 years, I have been advising internationally operating corporations from various industries and supporting IT, optimization, digitalization, and automation projects with technically and organizationally complex challenges and in various scales up to investment sums in the double-digit million range. I have held various expert and leadership roles.

I acquired my IT expertise in the ERP/SAP world. It also includes experience in the analysis and conception of complex IT architectures and system landscapes with annex and subsystems. Since 2018, I can also demonstrate practical know-how in cloud-based IT solutions (especially in the AWS environment).

As a project manager, I not only rely on my many years of professional and leadership experience but also deal intensively with methodological frameworks and process models. I can provide corresponding certifications (GPM/IPMA, PMI, Scrum Alliance) and maintain their validity through continuous further training, as an organizer of seminars and training, and through voluntary commitment.

In recent years, I have intensively dealt with agile values, principles, and methods and have successfully applied them in project management (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, agile scaling) as well as in change management (Lean Management, New Work, Digital Transformation).
