Drafting of the outsourcing contract between IT Group and subsidiaries. Management of application remediation for the France perimeter (500 applications, 1000 man-days, €800k budget).

Pre-sales and project management for the replacement of a work environment virtualization service and its operation for over 3,000 TOTAL employees.
