Design & Architecture:

Modeling a PostgreSQL database structured to allow fast and reliable search, filtering, and auto-completion across all data (items, categories, locations, sources). REST backend with FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, and Alembic migrations. Multi-user authentication with JWT tokens, designed for multi-company use. Deployed on Supabase with S3-compatible image storage.

Mobile Interface (Swift/SwiftUI):

Scanning and generation of printable QR codes directly from the app for each item, bidirectional search (scan ↔ item / search ↔ location), filters/sorting, and infinite scrolling.

Compliance & Operations:

Compliant with French police record regulations.

Analysis & Reporting:

Integrated KPI module with dynamic chart generation and combinable filters (product, category, price range, period, etc.). Allows analysis of stock turnover, profitability per item or category, and identification of the most profitable investments, a true decision-making tool for managing the business.
