Hendrik Heuermann

My absolute favorite topic is resilience. Either in a professional context, where I speak as a coach and speaker throughout Germany in workshops and lectures on the topic of modern leadership. In my private life, I have programmed an app and designed learning content for people after a serious diagnosis and for relatives who accompany someone through difficult times. I am also working on further training for doctors with the aim of delivering serious diagnoses more motivatingly.

I managed the public affairs work of the group in the markets of Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland, and Slovenia. This included team leadership as well as coordination with numerous service providers, strategic responsibility, and the budget.

I also conducted numerous one-on-one discussions with political decision-makers, organized political events, and represented the company in political forums.

I was responsible for the sustainability department for H&M Germany and built up a team of experts. This included content work on various projects, as well as public relations in various formats from television to podcasts.
