Currently Product Manager at Shopmium, I am responsible for the mobile application (iOS and Android), used by thousands of users in Europe. My role includes defining and managing the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user expectations. I work closely with an international team of 5 developers and a UX designer to design and deliver innovative and intuitive features. By adopting a user-centric approach and Scrum/Kanban methodologies, I have contributed to improving the user experience and achieving key KPIs for the application's growth, user retention, and engagement.

• Contribute to the development of the product strategy and the increase of the overall conversion rate of Qonto's website: through started registrations, lead generation for sales, or new lead sources.

• Collaborate with stakeholders (local markets: FR, IT, DE, ES; SEO team, content team, Product Marketing team, legal team) to develop expertise in their markets, align product and commercial strategy, and drive conversion.

• Lead Value Engineering: design, define, and develop market-leading products that meet user needs and increase conversion.

As the first Product Manager for Vybe, a neobank app for Gen Z, I played a key role in establishing product management processes from the ground up. In the Delivery phase, I am responsible for managing the product backlog, writing specifications for developers, and prioritizing user stories to ensure efficient and timely delivery. I also estimate project timelines, test developments, and maintain internal product documentation (Notion). One of my major contributions was implementing product management rituals and fostering smooth collaboration between developers, designers, and other teams, ensuring alignment and optimal communication. In the Discovery phase, I engage with our Gen Z user base to understand their needs and frustrations, develop design solutions, and conduct user testing to validate features. I work closely with the CPO to contribute to the development and refinement of the product vision and roadmap, ensuring Vybe continues to offer an innovative and engaging banking experience for Gen Z.
