About Héloïse

Are you running a VSE or SME and don't have the time or need for a full-time HR manager? I can become your shared HR manager, capable of handling the entire function, from administrative management to recruitment.

My experience (Mereo, PRISME CAE, O2 Care Services) has taught me how to structure an HR function when everything needs to be built: setting up the DUERP, drafting agreements, organizing schedules. For payroll, I manage the entry and validation of variables, payslip control, salary payments, and meal voucher tracking. I also handle invoicing and its follow-up, a skill I've been exercising for over 3 years.

Beyond numbers and processes, I believe in HR that is close to the teams: I maintain direct contact with employees, listen to their needs, and remain available and responsive to my clients.
