I’m a senior Project and Transformation Consultant with over a decade of experience leading digital, operational and business change across complex environments. I’m usually most useful when things are messy, priorities are unclear, decisions are drifting, teams are working in silos, or a project needs someone to get hold of it and move it forward properly.

My work often involves bringing together people from different parts of a business, including senior leaders, operational teams, technology, suppliers, customer-facing teams and subject matter experts. I help turn a lot of noise into something clear, practical and deliverable.

I have experience across M&A integration and divestment, SaaS implementation, customer onboarding, eCommerce and payments change, logistics optimisation, data governance, CRM/HRIS/business systems, service delivery improvement, user adoption, training and operational readiness.

I can support with project and programme delivery, business change, integration planning, delivery governance, RAID management, stakeholder communications, project recovery, PMO setup, process improvement, readiness planning and handover.

I’m calm under pressure, direct when needed, and good at spotting where the real blockers are. I don’t add process for the sake of it, but I do believe in clear ownership, good governance and making sure people know what is happening, what needs deciding, and what needs doing next.

Led business change and digital delivery across UK eCommerce, payments, fraud prevention, logistics optimisation and data governance within a multi-brand retail environment. Operated at project, programme and portfolio level, partnering with senior stakeholders across technology, finance, commercial and operations to improve customer experience, cost efficiency and delivery governance.

Owned and coordinated the UK eCommerce change programme across multiple concurrent initiatives, Agile release cycles, UAT, deployments, RAID management and senior stakeholder reporting.

Programme lead for a two-phase logistics initiative to improve warehouse efficiency and support a more commercially robust courier tender process. This included vendor assessment, implementation planning, supplier evaluation, cost modelling and operational risk assessment.

Took ownership of a long-running volumetrics initiative that had repeatedly stalled, completed vendor assessment, identified a suitable solution, secured ROI approval and moved the project to a decision-ready position.

Delivered customer payment and credit initiatives including Buy Now Pay Later, Pay in 3 and hard credit search functionality, balancing commercial growth with credit risk and regulatory considerations.

Led discovery and planning for Guest Checkout, including functional specification and scope definition to reduce checkout friction and improve conversion potential.

Introduced improved programme, project and change governance, including weighted prioritisation criteria, ROM savings/revenue impact requirements, RAID controls, stakeholder reporting and clearer decision pathways for executive trade-offs.

Shaped UK data governance and Marketplace strategies, supporting stronger data ownership, partner integration and future revenue opportunities.
