With over 17 years of experience in IT, I started with a developer/technical lead background in Paris from 2006 to 2010. After moving to Sydney, Australia, I naturally gravitated towards the Agile methodology as a Scrum Master starting in 2012.
Since then, I have demonstrated an ability to coach and lead large projects across various industries, from finance to air transport to healthcare, with budgets ranging from $180K to $4M.
By implementing Agile practices and culture in different environments, I have coached 2 to 4 cross-functional teams in parallel while ensuring communication with Mid and/or C-Level management.
After 12 years of professional life in Sydney, I decided to return to Paris and continue my activity as a Senior Scrum Master/Delivery Lead in France.
