- Structuring and implementing the Product department from scratch in an Agile environment

- Defining the product strategy in close collaboration with co-founders and end-users

- Managing the roadmap and backlog on Jira, with prioritization oriented towards value and business/tech constraints

- Leading discovery phases: monitoring, needs analysis, functional scoping, user testing, and product documentation formalization

- Leading delivery phases by sprints of 1 or 2 weeks depending on the epic

- Monitoring product OKRs and their progress

- Conducting platform demonstrations during client pre-sales calls

- Daily coordination of a multidisciplinary team (2 full-stack developers and 1 UX designer) until delivery

In parallel to the Product Lead role, for 30% of the time:

- Project reference for various accounts such as Chanel France, Chronopost, La Française des Jeux, Glencore Singapore and UK, Chanel Middle East... (international clients)

- Organizing the deployment of the solution at the client's site

- Guaranteeing project progress and quality (deliverables, planning, follow-up facilitation)

- Guaranteeing the achievement of target KPIs (NPS, satisfaction, churn rate, engagement),

Responsible for the deliveries of a maintenance tower with a budget of 200MD per release (6 months), and being the client contact point. Missions:

• Analyzing and gathering client needs / facilitating workshops with the business and IT team

• Prioritization and planning of UAT

• Documentation on xWiki and creation of mock-ups

• Ticket management on Spira

• Functional testing phase with writing test plans

• Budget and deadline management, and project KPIs

• Management of the international team (4 developers)

• Application of the V-cycle method In parallel, managing a "Sanctions & Embargo" project and its team (3 developers) (New product with new business needs)

• Defining the scope per release: prioritization and planning

• Functional work: gathering, analyzing, documenting (xWiki and mock-ups), and testing

• Management of the international team,

Missions: gather, analyze, and document each client need through workshops. Transmit them to developers and be responsible for testing new features before delivering them to the client. Use of VTOM, RapidSQL, and PowerDesigner. International team. Interlocutors: business team.
