As an engineer with an MSc in Pharmaceutical Engineering, I am an operational excellence consultant with over 10 years of experience in GMP environments, primarily in aseptic production.

I support manufacturers with performance, quality structuring, and regulatory compliance challenges, using a hands-on, structured, and results-oriented approach. My background at the heart of operations has enabled me to develop a strong ability to analyze complex situations, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and implement concrete and sustainable solutions.

I work across the entire value chain: production, packaging (primary and secondary), quality control, and regulatory interfaces. I have contributed to line design, qualification, and validation projects, as well as the implementation of performance management systems (KPI, OEE).

I have achieved measurable results, including improvements in OEE (+5 to 10%) and reductions in deviations and complaints (~20%), while strengthening process reliability and decision-making.

Highly involved in quality systems (document review, deviations, CAPA, complaints), I work cross-functionally with field teams and regulatory functions to ensure compliance, robustness, and efficiency.

In parallel, I design and deliver training on regulatory monitoring, contributing to skills development and the dissemination of a quality and performance culture.

My approach is pragmatic, impact-oriented, and based on risk management, data analysis, and stakeholder alignment.
