Conceived as a highlight to showcase the public action of the Aix-Marseille-Provence Metropolis and its partners, this inauguration had to adapt to high security requirements and a tight institutional schedule to ensure a smooth and high-quality experience for all participants.

    For thethird consecutive year**, I supported the **event team of the Brand and Communication Department of the Crédit Agricole Groupin organizing their major annual internal event: the PMA Days.


    • From January to March, I assisted the Event Manager indrafting the Call for Tenders and selecting the production agency.
    • I then assisted her inmanaging the timeline, setting up the various Steering Committees, budget management, and administrative follow-up.
    • From April onwards, I was responsible fordesigning and implementing**, with the production agency, the **8 thematic cornersthat brought together the group's various businesses. These corners were spaces for meetings and exchanges to showcase new projects by market and sector.
    • I also **managed the steering of a plenary session**, overseeing **content production**, organizing work sessions, and rehearsals.
    • Finally, I participated in the **design and writing of various communication materials**: welcome booklet, invitations, web platform, etc., with the group's graphic studio.

    This mission allowed me to overcome many editorial and logistical challenges; I was able to develop my skills as a content project manager.

    With over 165K visitors, 400 speakers, and nearly 13K startups, Viva Technology is THE European Tech event!

    In the spring of 2024, I had the incredible opportunity to join PublicLive to support Viva Technology's Innovation teams in setting up their proprietary spaces.

    For 3 months, I worked with the project teams and production to design attractive spaces around themes such as AI, sports, and mobility to welcome tech entrepreneurs from around the world.

    Results? The presentation of innovative experiences and products over nearly 300 square meters, and the connection between passionate startups and committed entrepreneurs for the future.
